The program
Dasrim Properties Tenant Alerts is a text messaging program run by Dasrim LLC, doing business as Dasrim Properties. We send text messages to tenants, applicants and people who contact us about:
- Rent due reminders and late rent notices
- Lease expiration and renewal notices
- Maintenance and repair scheduling and updates
- Notices about your property, such as planned work or water shut-offs
- Replies to messages you send us
We do not send marketing or promotional messages through this program.
How to opt in
You can join by checking the text message consent box on the contact form at www.dasrim.net, by giving written consent on a lease or tenant information form, or by texting our office and replying YES when we ask you to confirm. Consent is not a condition of renting or doing business with us.
After you opt in, you will receive a confirmation message like this:
Dasrim Properties: You are signed up for tenant alerts. Msg frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help, STOP to cancel.
Message frequency
Message frequency varies. It depends on your rent due dates, lease dates, open repair requests and your conversations with our office.
Cost
We do not charge for text messages. Message and data rates from your mobile carrier may apply.
How to opt out
Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. You can also reply CANCEL, END, QUIT, UNSUBSCRIBE or STOPALL. We will send one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed. To join again, reply START.
Opting out of texts does not change your lease. We will send any notices your lease requires by mail or email.

Reply HELP to any message for help, or contact our office at 270-345-1035 or properties@dasrim.net.
Carriers and delivery
Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery depends on your carrier and device, and messages may not be delivered if your phone is off or out of service range.
Emergencies
Do not use text messages to report an emergency. For fire, a gas leak, a medical emergency or a crime in progress, call 911 first, then contact our office.
Privacy
We handle your information as described in our Privacy Notice. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.
